The graduate of an esteemed leather-design school in Prague, Yanna Melc has acquired three decades of experience. So she designs leather goods with an intimate understanding of the material. She knows how each variety of leather will fold or hang, what sort of stitching and lining will work best, and how to fashion leather clothing so that it can be custom-tailored to flatter any figure. Other designers often seek her expertise.

After training in basic design under Yanna, Paula Dolezelova turned her talents to jewelry. She pays close attention to color harmonies, structural balance and visual flow when combining materials.
